Dear
Grandma:
I
hope you have a happy birthday. Yesterday was George Mulungits
birthday but we forgot all about it.
Daddy
went to Kyjabe about a week ago and we were expecting him
yesterday
but he did not come or has he come today we are expecting him
tomorrow for sure.
We
are having many exiting times here at Siyabei leopards, lions,
snakes, monkeys, porcupines, bucks, rats, mice, cut worms ect.
bothering us on all sides still we are happy in the Lord.
A
few weeks ago we killed a big black snake comonly called the
“Black
Momba”. They are about 7 ft. long and 7 in. oround. They are
very
poisonus.
Little
KITTEN is all right. My but she catches a lot of rats. I
should
think that she has caught about 30 rats in one month. Her name
is
“Copper-top” because on the top of her head there is a spot
that
is copper colored. God bless you.
With
much love,
Raymond.

Dear
Grandma:
I
hope you have a happy birthday.
We
are having school at home now because they are not having
school at
R.V.A. and my mother is teaching us. We are going fishing on
Saturday. one day we went fishing and we stayed there for a
couple of
days and we caught about 80 fish the whole time we were there.
One
time early in the morning we heard a howl and a native told us
it was
a lion after their cattle.
This
morning our little pussy caught four mice. There are some
monkeys
here and they eat all of our corn and daddy gives the gun to a
native
whose name is Tagi and he is killing them.
This
is my language lesson for today.
Now
I must stop.
With
much love
Claudon
